Background Details
As a child i spent much time creating mini worlds ,losing myself in the woods
and on the beaches in North Devon. I was also very good at copying Disney
cartoons freehand and rearranging them in different scenarios.
Later on i went to Dartington College of Arts for 2 years where i didn't produce much
but learnt how to question everything and to concentrate on the content and purpose
of the art as the main driving force.
Moved to London for 11 years where i lived it up and loved it up. Soaked up the culture ,
the high-life and low-life,the sounds and the smells.But still didn't produce much art.
Moved back to Devon with wife and family.
Started to give out and create.
A place for my head to have space.
A space for my head to have a place.
I now work in any medium which at the time and moment conveys the feeling and truth
of the message.
Painting,sculpture,constructs,photography,printing,drawing,music and anything inbetween.
Loving the relationship with nature and the fascination with the human condition.
